FAQ

How much is it, and how do I pay?
¥49.9 a year, paid once with Alipay or WeChat Pay. Membership starts as soon as payment clears and lasts 365 days.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. A new account can use every member feature for 3 days from sign-up. The trial ends by itself and nothing is charged; if you buy during it, the 365 days start when it ends.
What do free deadline reminders cover?
A free account’s reminders cover the 3 earliest saved programs that are still open, about a week and a day before each deadline; when one closes, the next saved program takes its place. Members get every saved program, a week, 3 days and a day before.
How many programs can I see for free?
Signed out, you can see 10 programs in full per day; with a free account, 20; members have no limit. Past that, a program page still shows tuition, English requirements and the next deadline, and hides the rest. Reopening a program the same day doesn't count again; the allowance resets at midnight Hong Kong time.
Does it renew automatically?
No. Nothing is charged when it ends. To continue, buy again here; the new year starts when the current one ends.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 7 days of buying: open a support ticket with your order number. Membership ends when the refund is made.
What happens to my data when it ends?
It all stays. Saved programs, applications and offers are kept; applications beyond 3 can still be viewed and edited, but no new ones added. The member parts of the reminder emails stop.
How do change alerts reach me?
Turn on email reminders under Saved programs (after verifying your email). When a saved or applied program's deadlines, rounds, tuition or English requirements change, your daily email lists what changed.
How do I use a code?
Enter it on this page or on the Membership page of your account. Each account can redeem one code.
Which information counts?
Everything is compiled from the universities' official sites, which have the final word. Reminders are a help; don't rely on them alone.
